We are an emerging staffing/outsourcing company committed to bridging the gap between talents and companies in Africa. We have successfully deployed several offerings and services like professional CV rewriting, recruiting, staff/manpower outsourcing, payroll management, etc. And for the past two years, we have had great success in working with over 10,000 professionals across Nigeria and other West African countries in their career rebranding and job recommendations/placements.
Currently, we are looking to recruiting 100 marketing/sales people for our Placement Program starting in the next few months. If you have a flair for marketing, closing deals, customer service, brand promotion and sales, if you are passionate about marketing, then maybe you are the talent we are looking for. We are going into partnership with several organizations (multinationals and SMEs) in diverse sectors including FMCG (retail), engineering, technology, agriculture, and real estate.
Competitive salary based on experience level and qualifications (up to N400,000+ monthly).
Monthly performance bonuses
Location: Delta, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Benin, Abuja, etc.
Marketing: You are proficient with marketing and have a deep understanding of how to use data, business intelligence, and overall customer acquisition deliverables.
Communication: You have mastered the English language (written and verbal). You have excellent interpersonal skills and can persuade, manage conflict, debate, negotiate and conduct meetings. You respond to pressure in a calm and reasonable manner.
Judgment: You make good decisions and take responsibility for them. You can initiate and perform work assignments under minimal supervision that may be broad, varied, and complex in nature. You know how to prioritize and choose the correct course of action from a given set of variables, with limited data, and with limited direction.
Ownership: You think of yourself as an owner and steward of the company. This means you have the ability to make decisions based on what’s good for the long-term success of the organization and its people. You can get big results from small budgets. You have a “We, not Me” mentality.
Management: You have mastered the skills of a manager, including visioning, planning, evaluating, making hard choices, organizing, and building up your team. You can coordinate and juggle a variety of projects from conception through production and ensure alignment with other internal teams. You don’t have an ego and can solicit feedback as well as give direction to others.
Minimum of first degree/OND in Marketing or it’s equivalent
Fresh graduates will be considered for entry level sales/marketing positions while experienced professionals with over 5 years post NYSC work experience will be considered for more experienced-level positions.
Training on Sales/Markerting, Retailing, Customer Service, and/or Financial management will be an advantage
